All our products come with a minimum warranty period of 2 years. Still, as we assume that our products are made to last, we recommend that you contact us in the event of damage.

We try to satisfy you even out of the legal warranty period.

Within the borders of our own country, all voluminous products such as lounge sets and the fire bowl are always delivered to your door, either by ourselves or by one of our distributors.

Outside our national borders, deliveries are made by selected transport partners.

We ship worldwide! All our products are carefully packed and protected in cardboard packaging or wooden boxes.

For overseas destinations we supply FOB. We take care of all documents and keep in touch with the forwarding company of your choice until delivery. If you are not familiar with shipping procedures, we can also ship CFR. Don’t hesitate to ask us for a quotation.

We chose the most reliable transport companies for shipping to European countries. We opted for a good mix between service and cost price.

For our own small country Belgium and part of our neighbouring countries, we try to supply all voluminous products ourselves. This allows us to reduce transport costs to a minimum and guarantee a perfect delivery.

Our products are mainly made of powder-coated aluminium. In principle, aluminium already has good anti-corrosion properties. Of course, this does not mean that your product cannot get dirty. Cleaning the powder-coated products is child’s play. A brush and a soft cloth in combination with some lukewarm water already does wonders.

Does this seem insufficient? Feel free to put some detergent in the water.

Do not use scouring pads or cleaning agents with abrasive or acidic properties.

It is best to remove immediately superficial dirt and stains with a cloth or a soft brush, possibly with some lukewarm water and detergent.
If you wash the cushions thoroughly at the end of the season, keep the following recommendations in mind:

• Washable at 40 degrees in the washing machine.
• Hand wash (less than 40 degrees), rinse thoroughly.
• Dry in the open air.
• Do not iron.

Tip: Always wash your covers with the zipper closed and the right side out (not inside out).
